Am I require to pay in full at checkout?

Carnival Galore requires 50% of the reservation amount when booking to save your date. The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery and set up time.  


Where can I pick up the rented items?

Carnival Galore offers full-service delivery, set-up, and pick-up of all rentals.


Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery charges are based on a round trip and start at $80 inside loop 1604 and extra $2.50 per mile outside 1604. 


How long is the rental period?

All rentals are for 4 hours. But can be extended for a 10% rate of the total rental agreement per extra hour. Only when the schedule allows. 


How much time does Carnival Galore need to set up rentals? 

Set up normally takes about an hour and a half (this is for 3 tents plus games) Set-up time varies depending on number of items rented.  


Is there a security deposit? 

Yes, all bookings require a $100 refundable deposit for lost and/or damaged equipment. 


Can I modify or alter the rented item?

Please note that only Carnival Galore is authorized to modify or alter any rented items. However, you are welcome to add your own balloons, garlands as long as they do not cause any damage. If any damage occurs, the customer will be held responsible.


What forms of payment are available? 

We accept Credit cards and Paypal as payment methods.  


Can I cancel my event date a day prior?

You can make changes to your rental date up to 20 days before your scheduled delivery and receive a full refund. If you need to cancel between 19-7 days before your rental date, there will be a 25% cancellation fee based on the amount you have paid. For cancellations made within 6-1 day(s) of the delivery date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply to any deposit or payment made. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations received 24 hours or less before the scheduled delivery.


What is your weather policy?

During periods of severe weather conditions (heavy rain or high winds), we reserve the right to cancel your reservation prior to delivery and give you a full refund of any funds paid. 


Can I use my own supplies in the popcorn machine?

Of course! Just keep in mind that we cannot guarantee optimal performance since we have only tested it with our pre-measured kits.


Is the company properly registered and insured?

Carnival Galore is an officially licensed Limited Liability Company with insurance coverage. 


Will you be adding new stations and/or games?

Yes! We are always working on new additions. If you have something specific you are looking for, please reach out.
